A new icon system for a globally recognized travel icon. Created to be used in combination with Tripadvisor's new custom type family, the icons navigate and average of nearly 460 million unique monthly visitors to plan their trips and adventures online.

Designed at Mother Design with Mark Sloan, Matt van Leeuwen, Kozue Yamada, L.A. Hall, Yaya Xu.

Trip Sans, a custom typeface by Colophon Foundry, was the foundation for the new icon system.
